Neil King, Board Chair

Neil King is a gifted leader, skilled craftsman, and devoted servant of Christ whose life reflects a deep commitment to the Great Commission. He currently serves as a Supervisor at BAE Systems in Louisville, Kentucky, where he leads teams with integrity, precision, and a steady work ethic. Before stepping into leadership in manufacturing, Neil worked as a welder and developed extensive expertise in carpentry, construction, and hands-on problem-solving—skills that make him the person everyone turns to when something needs built, repaired, or restored.

Neil is also the Founder and CEO of Matthew 4:4 Ministries, a global Bible-distribution and discipleship organization dedicated to putting Scripture into the hands of non-believers and believers who have never owned a Bible. In many regions, pastors and new Christians have only heard the gospel spoken aloud; Matthew 4:4 Ministries exists to change that. Today, the ministry is active in 13 countries and has distributed more than 15,000 Bibles around the world. Neil has personally served on international mission fields in Haiti, Malawi, and Kenya, and has participated in numerous mission projects throughout the United States, partnering closely with Arizona Reservation Ministries, providing practical support and discipleship to Native American communities.

In addition to his global ministry work, Neil serves faithfully as the Missions Leader at Lanesville Christian Church, where he is an active member, encourager, and servant-hearted leader.

At home, Neil is a devoted husband and a wonderful dad to the Kings’ four children—ages 19, 17, 15, and 3. Whether he’s building, fixing, or teaching, he models a life of humility, service, and unwavering faith. His commitment to his family is one of the clearest reflections of his character and calling.

Neil’s passion for reaching the unreached, equipping the Church, and strengthening Christian families makes him an invaluable member of the Eternal Impact Academy Board. His hands build, his leadership guides, and his heart serves—always for the glory of God.
