Kingdom Tracks turns every Friday into a living classroom where faith, service, and real-world skills collide. Students begin with worship and discipleship that prepare them to live out the Great Commission, then spend the rest of the day in hands-on service and career pathways that build character, competence, and a heart to serve others. Every experience helps students grow as leaders while earning funds in their Rooted & Ready Bank Accounts to steward toward mission work.
Fridays at EIA
-

Worship and Discipleship
Fridays open with worship, fellowship, and a student-led Bible study. This Bible study is developed by Discipleship Global and has an accountability component to share the gospel beyond the walls of EIA.
-

Servant Leadership
EIA is a leadership academy, and Jesus teaches us to lead as servants! On Fridays, students will have on-campus opportunities to serve—food preparation, landscaping, maintenance, and more. Students will learn to serve with the humility and joy of an effective leader.

Kingdom Tracks
Through hands-on tracks like Carpentry, Construction, Media & Graphic Design, Childcare, and Sports Broadcasting & Management, students gain workplace skills, earn certifications, and earn funds for mission trips through their Rooted & Ready Bank Accounts. Students will decide on their tracks in quarter one of Rooted and Ready, “Rooted in Purpose”.
